Tamir Pardo
Tamir Pardo is the former director of the Mossad, Israel’s external intelligence agency. He joined the organization in 1979, and served through all levels of command before assuming overall leadership in 2011 until 2016.Mr. Pardo is one of the most respected public figures in Israel and around the world. He is also a Lamont Lecturer at Harvard University.
Nicolas Tissot
Nicolas Tissot has been Chief Financial Officer of CLP Holdings Limited since April 2021. Most of Mr Tissot’s extensive managerial and financial experience has been in the energy industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Alstom and held multiple senior roles within the GDF Suez Group (now ENGIE), including Chief Financial Officer of Tractebel and subsequently of Electrabel, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GDF Suez’s Global Gas & LNG Division.
Asi Shalgi
Asi Shalgi is a well-known and seasoned manager with over 25 years of experience in the Israeli public and private energy sector at the highest levels. Former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure. Currently Director and CEO of several industrial and energy companies
Austin R. Bryan

Austin R. Bryan is the Senior Director – Innovation, CLP Holdings Limited.
Austin joined CLP Holdings in May 2016 as Senior Director – Innovation, leading the company’s innovation & ventures strategy in the face of challenges presented by digital disruption. He is also a Director of various subsidiary companies of the CLP Group
Shmuel Kedmi
Shmuel is an experienced tech executive with over 25 years of technology development, entrepreneurship and management experience. Prior to joining OSEG, Shmuel served as the CEO of RDC, the corporate fund of Rafael, in full partnership with Elron (TASE: ELRN). He was a Managing Partner at Karta Partners, a corporate development consulting boutique (M&A and management consulting).
Hemant Joshi
Hemant Joshi is currently working as Senior Director – Business Development and Asset Management Oversight with CLP Holdings Limited. In that role, he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s global investments and capital allocation. Prior to this, Mr. Joshi worked as Sr. Vice President – Corporate Finance and Treasury with CLP India where he arranged multiple financings, including the first partially credit enhanced bond by an IPP in India as well as the first Green Bond for financing renewable projects.
